Very well kitted out, clean cottage with everything we needed for our family of four. Perfect location near family in the area and also close to Kesh village. Lovely views of Lough Erne. The kids loved the swings in the garden and the large outdoor areas to run around and play football. Mark and Janice were lovely and lived just across the lane if we required anything.
Loved how clean and welcoming the property and staff were. Absolutely beautiful views no matter where you were stood on site! So much space and a variety of things for kids to do as well. The homemade wheaten bread is delicious.
The location is 10/10, beautiful place. The scenery was lovely and the accommodation on the outside looked very nice; the street style layouts, the chalets, the lodges, really nice place.
The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty and the lunch/dinner options were varied enough to satisfy most people for a night or two at least.
The range of activities for adults was pretty good on the island. The whole place was child and dog friendly.
Compact accommodation with everything necessary thoughtfully supplied. Great heating system and constant hot water. Very quiet with off-street parking. I was attending a family funeral, and it provided a welcome sanctuary.
From arriving on the Ferry we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who advised us what to avail of the island, we followed his advice and had a lovely walk around the island. The rustic feel and openness of Lusty Beg is beautiful. There is a lot to do, family friendly, play park, tennis court and fairy trail for kids as well as 4x4 off road driving, clay shooting, archery and some water activities. All dogs are welcome on the island staying over or just a day visit they are allowed inside the premises when having your food.
Lodges are great for families, kids loved playing on the big rocks outside.
Fairy trail and speedboat ride were brilliant.
The boat crossing to get to the island is great fun for the kids.
