The food was excellent as was the service. My room was very clean. Breakfast was a do it yourself selection and had a wide variety of things to eat and drink in the lounge area. The lounge area was clean and quiet at breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Able to check in early and was able to leave the car in the car park for a bit longer after we had checked out.

Room and bathroom spotlessly clean!
Breakfast was simply amazing and delicious.
The location is perfect (bus station in front of the Guesthouse).
Not far to walk from center (about 5 minutes).
The owner Giacomo we haven't met, but he was easy to get in touch via Telephone and he was extremely friendly and helpful!
Dorota made our breakfast and as well as Giacomo was also very helpful and welcoming!
The open loving room was also very cozy, where one could sit after a long day of sightseeing and read a book or have a cup of tea.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Bath.

Friendly welcome. Lots of attention to detail such as fresh milk for tea in the room, bathroom makeup mirror and bottles of water.
Fabulous breakfast, including for vegetarians.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.

Friendly reception. Clean good sized room. Very good (continental) breakfast, value for money. On site parking. Perfect location for a family celebration event. Nice bathroom, plentiful toiletries though shower a bit weak.
Lovely pair of en-suite rooms in a pretty annex to the pub - perfect for a family group. We were travelling with an elderly lady with dementia and it felt safe and private. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Super comfy beds with crisp cotton bedding. Great supper in the pub with excellent food and ambience. The bathrooms were high quality.
Our stay was great, the staff could not do enough for us during our time there. Nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. The drive to Longleat was approximately 20 minutes so it was a great location for us.
