The Staff on arrival & Breakfast(Diane) was excellent and went out of her way to meet our requests.
Evening meal : Lucy (A Trainee Manager I believe) has great potential and amazing personality skills for such a young person.

bed was comfortable, room large, plenty of coffee quiet except for road, room was clean and bedding fresh. Husband checked out and lady was very helpful and sent the invoice without fuss. We did nt have breakfast but it smelt good. As this place closed at 1830 and it was late we found a nice Indian Restaurant about 5 mins walk away Cardamom which I would recommend.
