Very friendly and helpfull staff. We arrived late with a booking made 20 minutes before arrival, and we had let out our 3 children in the booking, but we were still warmly welcomed and everything was sorted for us. Much appreciated. The continental breakfast was great, much more to choose from than expected, with fresh fruit and berries. Big room, and the kids loved Ralph the dog.
