After reading reviews I was worried about staying but we had a lovely time! This place is a beautiful old building but comes with the problems of an old building, if you’re used to new built chain hotels this place is very different but full of character. Staff were all very pleasant, room was spacious and we enjoyed the novelty of having stairs in our room up to our bedroom. bathroom was nice. good choice for the price at breakfast. lovely gardens (though could do with a bit of weeding)

This 400 year old inn is located within just minutes walk from Warwick Castle and the historic Town Centre. Each of our bedrooms have recently been fully refurbished to offer modern facilities in historic surroundings.

It is very well located, near the city centre and all touristic attractions. The hotel itself, built in an old house is nice and cozy. The room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, they helped us with our luggage, and explained us patiently how to get around the town. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and a good breakfast the next day.

We were very lucky to find this lovely accommodation. The location was perfect for a family gathering nearby, with the added advantage of being in beautiful surroundings. The room was very comfortable, and access to the shared kitchen worked well. Altogether, we highly recommend Pinley Hill House.

Our host was attentive but not invasive and she was incredibly friendly and amenable - we even got the best dinner recommendation. The property has the most beautiful garden which we explored and thoroughly enjoyed. The facilities were as described - the room beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Highly recommend for a peaceful night or two in the countryside.
