Very pleasant location. Close to a train station if you don't drive (I did). Hosts were very friendly. You are staying in a bedroom in their house to make that clear. Nice breakfast provided too. I was very lucky that I was the only guest for the 2 days so had free use of the one shared bathroom. My rating may have changed if the place was full and having to wait to use the bathroom. However it did offer value for money.

The room was very comfortable and a perfect temperature, bathroom perfect. Nice to have such a welcome too, and help organising a taxi for early the next morning. Thank you.

This is a proper pub, low beams, roaring fires, very friendly locals, fantastic food, beer, lovely barmaids and the best Landlord and Landlady.

Excellent bed and breakfast, easy to find and very close to the NEC. The house was beautiful and the hosts very friendly which made our one night stay a delight.
For a family home the facilities were very good, the rooms and beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
Will definately use Gayton Bed and Breakfast again. Thank you.
