The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable!
Debbie was the perfect host, she was waiting at the property door for us, helped with parking and had provided tea, coffee and biscuits for our arrival, nothing was too much trouble!

Really well furnished with lots of draws cupboard space. All rooms apart from kitchen dining room and one double room on same floor. Some houses in Scarborough over 4 floors and can be dangerous. The property couldn't have been any cleaner. Would definitely stay again.

Modern, light and airy accommodation in a great location. Public car park just down the road. Good communication from owners re code for lock box to access keys. Little extras such as biscuits & teabags provided. WiFi & sky TV available with access to streaming channels. We had a very enjoyable 2 night family stay for a very reasonable price. The apartment was very clean & well equipped & we would definitely stay here again.

Tastefully decorated, very clean, space was well used. I loved the little bits they added, children's toys, tea chocolate coffee and lovely biscuits. All the utensils were there that we needed to cook. The bedding was very nice and very comfortable

We booked the caravan for 1 night as we were going to see tom jones. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and had all the basics. The beds were comfy and is plenty of space for a family to enjoy a week or two holiday there.
The property is gorgeous. We rented both and stayed with the whole family. It was a wonderful week. It’s our third time in this cottage. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we can get both together it’s perfect

I would definitely visit again
We stayed at Cosy Nook for Christmas. It is an absolutely beautiful place. Everything has been thought of to make your stay great. It is so cosy and we were all comfortable there (2 children and 2 adults) The Christmas tree, chocolates, mince pies and crackers were all appreciated so much.
Plus the tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. The fire is beautiful too. The hosts were amazing and v helpful. I would recommend Cosy Nook so much.
The property was great, we had a great stay,it was nice to have a large freezer compartment. There are lots of really nice coastal places to visit and a water park not to far away. The kids loved it.

The bungalow was lovely .The kitchen had everything you needed and more, The beds were comfy . The owner left family board games and a few toys and books for younger children which was a nice touch. It was almost silent during the night even though we were staying at The Blue Dolphin caravan park as we were in a private area.
The caravan was spotless, had everything and more you would need. Beverly is a lovely lady and helped us throughout our booking if i had any questions, brilliant communication and helpfulness.
Well will definitely be booking at a later date for longer as our children and us loved it.
