Charming rural village location on the green with village shop opposite. Breakfast basket with juice, porridge etc suited my early start. Lovely spacious/easy access shower. Liked being able to park the car directly outside the room. Staff really helpful - no food at the 5 bells but neighbouring pub served food.

We have stayed before and knew the restaurant served an excellent Sunday roast. The room was comfortable and well appointed, bathroom very clean
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Evening meal both fundamental food and fancy available. Servicing staff very good. Wine list on the fancy side to match the food but house White OK. Breakfast flexible and fresh. Bed and bedding exceptional. Would have preferred a proper depth desk than a minimal dressing table and no floor length mirror. Parking outside the front door appreciated.
I have used The White Hart on four occasions now, when visiting family! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the rooms warm and clean.
The restaurant offers fabulous food, although, on this occasion I only had breakfast, which, as usual was delicious!
Thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a special treat.
Amazing place to stay, beautiful, quaint, full of family history, the hosts were fabulous, friendly, welcoming to their and old home.
This place is not for the whitewashed perfect modern house. It is absolutely beautiful and has an abundance of history the building and garden are stunning. Thank you for sharing your home with people wanting to stay ❤️ home cooked breakfast went down a treat
Sue made us very welcome in her lovely family home. The gardens were beautiful, and the location very peaceful. Sue's breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and preserves and delicious bacon. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.
