What a place, feels like home and great for that mid-week business stopover, i was travelling from the NW to Cambridge then on to Southend. The Bistro is perfect, with great food at reasonable prices. Ash Room, which i had was quirky, but beautifully done with a stocked mini fridge. Breakfast, there was a choice of a good variety for everyone, including Childrens menu, also being served from 7am which is great if you needed to on the road early.

Fabulous property, perfect for what we needed which was accommodation whilst we attended a family wedding at Gosfield hall. Lovely walk across the field after the wedding - not to far to travel. Great accommodation with everything taken care of, check in made very easy, comfortable and clean rooms with fresh milk and breakfast cereals tea/coffee etc. Would recommend it highly.
gorgeous site and if your at Gosfield hall really handy with a 5 minute walk from the church for the wedding functions
