It was dog friendly, it was clean, spacious and had everything you would need. We had come down, having moved away from the town for a family party, so very convenient area for us. There is parking on site, an enclosed garden for the dogs, just everything that’s needed. The owners were great, kind, polite and nothing would have been too much trouble for them.

The family room was super clean and very spacious. We had been planning to go into town for dinner but decided to go downstairs to the restaurant instead and we’re so glad we did, the food was excellent.

There was an ambulance and paramedics there when we arrived with our children. No explanation from the staff. The shower step wasn't too safe.

This is a lovely hotel with good sized rooms. The location is good but a bit too far to walk into Godalming with small children. The breakfast was nice and well presented. Lots of tea and coffee and juice. Some cereals would have been a nice added bonus. Lovely ladies serving breakfast in the morning - thankyou!

Lovely accommodation above the pub, tastefully decorated and full of character (but be careful of the low ceilings). We stayed in the Juliet Family Suite, very comfortable spacious main room with large ensuite. Separate children's room with low ceilings. Great heating. Breakfast was included and was delicious. 5 minutes walk from the station and very close to the centre of town. We didn't eat at the Rose & Crown as food options were limited, but there is a great pub directly opposite with more extensive menu and great food.

The room was rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Adequately clean and served a purpose as we just needed someone to sleep whilst attending a family funeral and was in very easy reach of Guildford crematorium. Car parking was a little difficult. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
