Had an issue with dates and the Inn were super flexible. The staff were friendly and again, just great. Venue was convenient for visit to National Memorial Arboretum site. The food and breakfast were superb. Landlady, Nicky gets a special mention, lovely hostess. All in all fantastic.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Nice clean room, fresh towels and functional bathroom. Friendly staff, easy check in. Good value for money for food & drink in the pub downstairs. Lots of takeaways nearby, pub let us eat this in the pub, as no evening meal option.
Staff were super lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Room and bathroom were super clean. Not serving evening meals but very welcome to order in and eat in room or bar brought plates cutlery and napkins. Atmosphere really friendly was Karaoke on night we stayed was loads of fun.Amazingly cheap drinks too.
Nothing absolutely awful place ruined our weekend , staff ( manager) was drunk , very loud music till early hours in the morning didn't get much sleep atall my daughter was so upset by this was still going past 12 midnight and very loud in the beer garden till around 2am .. do not stay here with children if your going to drayton manor find somewhere else !!!!!!!
The rooms were very clean and the common area / bar area was very inviting. The staff were lovely and the pints were really good. My group had lots of fun playing pool in the bar area.
central to food places, shopping and within close distance to local family. good value for money. staff very polite, helpful and kind. made us feel very welcome. good very good value for money. the breakfast was beautiful with a good range of choice.
The staff were great, the food was great. The room was clean the hall were beyond dirty, it was the company the pub keep that was disgusting along with the dragging if a bottle bag along the corridor at midnight. NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN my little girl felt scared so we left I only asked for a refund on the next night that we didnt stay, was refused that after a month of asking.
