Holiday Inn Farnborough, an IHG Hotel, hotel in Farnborough

Refurbished in 2018, Holiday Inn Farnborough is set in an impressive Edwardian building and features a mini gym and an international restaurant.

The reception staff were chatty and helpful and the accommodation was pretty much what we expected, but we asked for 2 single beds but got a double which was smaller than what we are used to so we didn't get the good sleep we wanted. The evening meal (a light one in our case) was fine and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast again was what we expected but the fried potatoes were like cardboard so had to leave them! Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would stay again but hopefully get the bedroom layout we request.

Colebrook Guest House, hotel in Farnborough

Set in a large Victorian building, Colebrook Guest House is situated on a quiet residential street and offers rooms with en suite bathrooms.

Had a very lovely stay here, short but sweet. Clear instructions were sent a few days before our arrival with postcode, entry codes, room number etc. Parking right outside. The room was lovely and cosy, a little warm but there were instructions on how to turn it down, the WiFi code all written down clearly and was super fast. We had tea, coffee and milk in the room with some very delicious cookies! The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was really nice also with various options available. The owner was polite and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely consider here.

Excellent facilities for families - we arrived exhausted from a lot of travelling with a 6 month old baby and a 2 year old. We were looked after so well by Tatiana in particular who arranged everything beautifully for our family. The pool was also lovely.

check in lady was amazing!! so friendly and lovely, there was a mistake in that booking.com hadn't provided the child place so we had a double room rather than a twin. this was not an issue she kindly upgraded us to a family room with free breakfast and it was not the hotels fault. awesome service!! thank you

The apartments are a nice layout and had everything we needed. Also the internet was very fast, which is a blessing with kids. We stayed here as the apartment was a good distance to Legoland, Chessington and Thorpe Park. We also have family living in Frimley, so it made for an excellent base for the week. We have stayed in this block of apartments before with another lettings company so we already knew our way around and what to expect.

Adequate for a short stay for 4 adults. Clean with adequate facilities. Nice large towels provided.Dated but comfortable. Could do with a pizza cutter. Quiet location. Glass coffee table probably not a good idea with small children. Would like to have known where to put recycling, without searching for it. Toiletries and tea and coffee etc a handy addition.
