Our second visit to this hotel as a family of four. Unfortunately we were slightly later down than planned, and the kids missed there evening swim we had planned. :( We had a chilled out evening, up early for a morning swing, had a great breakfast and checked out. Happy with our stay.

Absolutely love the social hub. It’s our second visit and won’t be our last. Outstanding accommodation, staff are amazing and a 10 minute walk to everywhere if you don’t want the merchant city

Fantastic location in a conservation village. Greenery all around, shops very local and wonderful pub , the Swan 4 minutes walk away. Ideal for us and our 2 dogs who had access to the garden abd washing line for drying washing. My grandchild who we were visiting had a great time in the extensive playground opposite the apartment
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very comfortable and were very helpful with taxi numbers and where and what to avoid. The man at the bar and reception was so lovely and very funny made our stay absolutely amazing.
Nice hotel. Staff are very very good. Real credit to the place. Stayed for the first time as visiting family and were happy enough woth the room but staff really took the stay to next level.
Everything was just perfect, we were there for a family wedding and from the very first welcome to the final goodbye, everything was just lovely. The facilities, location and service were impeccable…..especially the breakfast! We will definitely be visiting again!
The hotel is well maintained, lots of hot water and powerful pressure in the shower, private parking. Location was good for us (visiting family nearby) Restaurant offers good food , staff are attentive and friendly.
