The reviews do not do this place justice. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and welcome. Breakfast is in a true Scotish tradition. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the best we had on our trip, the bathroom and showers were generously sized, and everything was clean. The host was very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend you stay here!

Easy to find; comfortable; really convenient access from A9 so ideal to break a long journey further North. Good variety of choice on breakfast buffet, and excellent value for money. Friendly host - though we only met briefly as they leave you to your own devices for the most part. Can recommend the nearby Conon Bridge Hotel for an excellent evening meal!

This bungalow was absolutely gorgeous!!! Beautifully decorated, clean and had a luxurious feel to it. We wanted a countryside setting which had amenities nearby. This was perfect. Lots of extras showed that Fiona had put so much thought and love into making this bugalow special. The dining area looked out onto fields and water - a haven for birds. Beautiful!! We hope we will be able to visit again!!

No cooker, but apart from that this is the best place we've ever stayed. The bed is huge and comfy, even though breakfast isn't included there was plenty of breakfast food provided, the finishing and furnishing are beautiful, it's just a lovely place to be. Location is great, in a village just off the A9. And the hosts are the nicest family you could ever hope to meet.

Everything. The place is stunning. The family are so friendly & accommodating. Breakfast - delivered each day, superb. Location for the NC500 & everything the Black Isles has to offer could not be better. Wonderful hosts who clearly work extremely hard to make their home & guest accommodation luxurious, warm and spacious but cosy. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days.

We are a family of 4 and we were there for 4 days in July. The place is wonderful, a house with a special charm in a wonderful landscape. The owner made us feel at home from the first moment and she was very good with us. We have very fond memories of her and the rest of her staff. By the way, the owner speaks very good Spanish. The breakfasts are abundant, healthy, varied and very good. The children had a great time playing with the two little dogs that are charming and very well behaved. We wish we could have stayed much longer!

Loved everything about this place, the family, location, the layout of the accommodation, the best roast pork at the local pub. Make sure to book a table. Nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful property in a stunning setting. My children and I loved our short stay here. A very short walk to the local pub for lovely food and hospitality, and the owner who was working onsite over the weekend was very friendly too. We definitely hope to be back in the future with the rest of the family.
