Everything about our stay was brilliant. The family room is perfect for those travelling with children and everyone working at the hotel was really friendly and accommodating.

Gorgeous hotel, fantastic staff - from the bar staff, breakfast staff (Tommy was just lovely and very helpful, breakfast was delicious) to the Sunday carvery ladies - the restaurant carvery manager was just so friendly and made us feel really welcome. We booked out with ease, had a walk along the beach and came back for the delightful Sunday lunch - big wow! The meat melted in your mouth and I had all of my 5aday in the vegetable choice - one not to miss! Room was lovely too, nicely decorated and super clean.

Very poor continental breakfast . Only sugar coated cereals and sweet pastries. The only thing I could eat was melon as I am a diabetic. Thomas the waiter purchased a low sugar cereal for my other breakfasts. He was very attentive and helpful My use of other hotel has seen a greater selection. Plain cereals, Croissants, cold meats, cheese. Made B+B seem expensive!
In these days of healthy eating and sugar tax I should not have to request a special diet due to my diabetes Very disappointing
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Stayed as a family group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The apartment was well stocked with everything that we needed for a weekend - it felt as though someone had really put thought and care into the guest experience. The large bed was very comfortable. Overall, a comfortable, homely place to stay. I would stay here again if it's available.
I absolutely loved this place. It's very clear that a lot of time and thought has gone into the cottage, and I would have stayed longer. Although we were only stopping off here for a family wedding weekend, the location is good for Southport's main attractions, without being too close to the touristy/busy parts. The courtyard garden was a really nice feature too.
Lovely homebaking with welcome pack! Lovely house and garden and loads of space for kids and dog to run about in. Close to the centre and not far from the beach. Clean and well equipped.
