This is so quirky, very well thought out. There are a couple of little horses, some ducks and piglets it was just so lovely to be amongst nature. Nothing was too much trouble and the bedroom has ensuite toilet and there is a rain shower outdoors which is really unique and nice and warm.
It was very easy to find and there was a lovely pub a short stroll away. We did a 2 mile walk along the riverbank just through a gate near to the pub. Some fantastic views of the planes taking off from coningsby - a short drive to the viewing area too.

The site itself is lovely and would definitely return to the site. The location of caravan was great. Hot tub and the decking seating area was fab. Bedrooms good size compared to some caravans we've stayed in. Nice welcome pack and enough room for 7 in living area if eating or just sitting. Nice big tele and playstation went down well !

Everything was so nice, the little touches were so warm and welcoming! The communication was excellent! The van was so clean and well furnished. We had such an amazing holiday! Would 100000% recommend staying here :)

Lovely quiet location, handy for Woodhall Spa and several aviation history museums in the area. Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The outside space was also excellent, we didn’t use it only because of poor weather. Added bonus of an excellent indoor swimming pool and sauna. The host Mandy was lovely and was there to show us around.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Everything was expectational. The room was a great size, very clean and comfy. Bedding was provided for our dog. Bathroom was very tidy and functional.
Staff were very friendly, approachable and passionate about the location. The pub itself was a great location, fantastic food and great service.
Fantastic location for couples, family's and anyone with dogs.
Lots of space for parking.

Amazing staff fantastic food, Kyrie and Matt looked after us like we were family ,Olivia was really nice to us and attended every need on our room.The rooms were lovely and Leagate Inn was a fantastic place to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. The room was very clean. We had a lovely meal with family on the evening. The breakfast was good.

The property was lovely and in a great location as we were visiting family in Woodhall Spa only a few miles up the road , we booked a family room , king suite with garden view and a double room the bedrooms were immaculate, plenty of space to relax with comfy beds and gorgeous bathrooms. The breakfast was great with lots of choice , and we had a meal there on one of the nights and the food we had was amazing , the staff were all very pleasant and helpful .
Very friendly staff nothing to much trouble.the assistant manager Shay did us a massive favour and pick us up from a function in the village as no taxis we're available.a big thank you .
The room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities inside and out to relax were great.
The staff however are worthy of mention. They were polite and supportive to my needs and went beyond what I was expecting by dropping me off for a function when I could not find a taxi service.
The breakfast was value for money and one of the best I have seen and had.
We were there for a funeral and the funeral was taking place in Coningsby so the location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The food was amazing,we had dinner and breakfast there. Both meals were excellent value for money. We had a great night's sleep and I would not hesitate in recommending the Lea Gate Inn to anyone who is going up to that area.
