Warm welcome, plenty of car parking too. Room as described, plenty big enough and a great shower, I prefer showers. Very comfortable bed so a great sleep, then breakfast. Had to ask how the mushrooms were cooked, they're terrific and black pudding to complete the full English line up. Must mention the staff, everyone so welcoming, polite and helpful without being intrusive.

It was nicely furnished and felt like home. As a family of 4, the kids each had a room and so did we, so there was peace The kitchen was well equipped, we would recommend a smaller frying pan as the one available was a tad bit large. It well situated - walking distance to Cobham Center, Waitrose and Gail’s. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again when in Cobham.

Good breakfast. Good location for Thorpe park & Chessington. Great that a family room had 2 children's beds rather than a shared sofa bed.

Fantastic stay! Staff at this place were so lovely, the reception team, breakfast staff and cleaners all so happy and lovely. They made it feel special for my kids (even though it was a little one night stay between seeing friends!). The room was clean, comfortable and the family room works perfectly with a bed that slides out from underneath the single! Quiet nights sleep despite being at a service station. Breakfast had lots of choice and all very tasty. For £67 for the night I was super impressed!!

The room was a good family size Everything was amazingly clean everywhere It felt 'safe' No unpleasant or chemical smells Shower was lovely and the bathroom was pristine The garden and little play area was lovely, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it. View from the dining area was interesting and pleasant Good that the wifi is free Breakfast was great especially as the kids were free up to the age of 12, very relaxed

great location. yes it’s at a service station but it didn’t feel like that once in your room. our room looked straight out into the carpark yet we didn’t hear anything (and I’m a light sleeper) tonnes of food options. there is a hotel restaurant, we did eat breakfast there. was £20 for the family of four as children are for free. lots of choice both hot and cold. outside there is Nando’s, McDonald’s and a tonne of other bits like Thai/Chinese

Stayed here for the night this week during half term. I came with my two small children and we had a family room. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. As I was on my own I had to do a few trips to pack up my car with the kids when leaving. Mary on the reception saw me and insisted on helping. She was so kind and helped take our things all the way to our car. Will definitely come back!
