The property was well appointed with things like a computer and a printer, not that we used them. It provided a very basic breakfast.
Originally built as a private house dating back to 1673, this old worlde property is full of character and charm, and provides free Wi-Fi and traditional home-cooked food.

This was a hotel that was focussed on service. It had a certain charm of the old days and was themed on rail travel. The bones of Herne (Hurn) station were still visible and added a certain something to the ambience. Ample parking and a short distance from Bournemouth and Christchurch.
This stylish hotel is in Christchurch town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and luxury rooms with flat-screen TVs, DVD/CD players and iPod docks.

The flat is excellent built quality. There is everything you might need, even beach towels.
The location is fabulous, near the beach and a short stroll into town.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Absolutely amazing spot - in a very very well equipped pretty beach hut. Views are amazing (the sunset from the mezzanine was spectacular, lying in bed just looking at the harbour - just beautiful). We had everything we needed, was an incredible over night stay - we made use of the BBQ, and in the morning cooked ourselves a little breakfast using the oven. Hosts have thought of everything. My kids loved using all the beach toys. Mattresses were really comfy! Slept so much better than expected!
A huge thank you to Amanda and all the team. We stayed at the Avon Causeway in July for a family wedding. The staff were great they looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. The food is exceptional here and catered for my food intolerance.
Thankyou for making our stay special.
Immaculate property completed to such a high standard. Even though out hosts could not be there to meet us, we had a very helpful video and were greeted with fresh home made bread and a bottle of fizz.
The kids absolutely loved their beds. It was like a home from home and a beautiful place to get ready for a family wedding. Will definitely book again when we are back down in the area.
A gorgeous garden room set at the back of a beautiful garden within a very happy and welcoming family house. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home and our children loved playing with their children and pets whilst there. Apartment has six very comfortable beds but still feels extremely spacious and is equipped with all you need for a great holiday.
A very warm welcome when we arrived, the home was great and me and the children throughly enjoyed our stay, already looking at dates to go back there kid free. Thank you guys for being great hosts. House had everything you needed including movie subscriptions that my kids could watch 👌All the little things like towels, tea, sugar and coffee down to dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets make a big difference☺️. Fantastic location only 15 mins walk from beach and 10 mins to a pub and a shop. See you soon 😁
Lovely studio with everything you could need for a short stay. We were in the area for a family wedding and travelled with our 3 young children. The studio is in a quiet location with plenty of privacy. There is ample space for a family of 5/6, and a lovely selection of breakfast bits. Everything was clean and well presented.
Third time I have stayed here : First time in transit, second time to attend a function in Bournemouth & recently just for a romantic break. Building is located in its own massive grounds & has an old world charm that is not apparent in plastic chain type hotels. Large wooden staircases with a very gentle & welcoming creak !
Hosts Sara & Mark run the hotel with a family atmosphere. Excellent home cooked food & a reasonable wine list.
The property is really well suited to a family looking to stay near the coast for a short stay with pets. Great books for kids, Google Home assistant, TV with Amazon Prime, clean and easy access when we arrived, quite neighbourhood.
