Good evening meal and breakfast. The staff were friendly.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
the room was great. big light airy and comfortable. bathroom good and clean plenty of towels. older grandaughter loved the sofa bed and my husband and i have never slept on such a big bed. bliss. we had a phone call shortly after booking to find out which rooms the children were sleeping in as i had booked another room my grandkids aunty. excellent. my 6 month old grandaughter was very content in her travel cot
The character, location and staff. The breakfasts were also superb. It was very comfortable and clean with suitable bedding for a family of four (with two teenagers) all in the one room.
The room was okay - given that the price was very competitive. We booked a family room but the rooms had been overbooked, so the hotel set up an extra little bed that was suitable for our toddler, waivered the charge for our dog to stay and also gave us free breakfasts - very decent and kind. Thank you. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good too.
Booked hotel as it was the cheapest, expected a cramped family room. Was impressed when we checked in and got the key to our 'apartment'. Made the stay with a crawling baby much more bearable!
Room was fine but at nine the first morning a member of staff knocked on our
door to say there had been a complaint re noise. We bathed the children who used
the stairs in the room there was, in our opinion no excessive noise. Staff member said men that had worked a night shift complained. When the booking was made it was made very clear that we wanted
a family room. My question is why were night workers accomadated
In a family room? I could probably make a guess but!!
restaurant and spa was spectacular. very happy with our dinner and breakfast. lots of choice for breakfast and was a ‘help yourself’ service. lovely restaurant with an incredible dinner. spa is lovely. took baby swimming for the first time and the family room straight to the pool made it so much easier.
