Absolutely beautiful cottage! I booked this cottage for me and my parents and we loved it! Wish we could've stayed longer. The cottage is restored so beautifully and immaculately clean. The beds are so so comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved all of the old photographs of the village and the cottage.The cottage is perfectly situated for a visit to Canterbury and the surrounding areas. We absolutely loved staying and want to go back rather sooner than later. Two nights was just not enough to enjoy the cottage and everything the area has to offer

Staying at Withy Farm was the highlight of our family's vacation in the UK. This was the first trip outside North America for our 9 and 11-year old grandchildren, as well as for our son-in-law. It was a celebration of numerous family special events including an upcoming birth and wedding anniversary. Our hosts, Hugh and Sara could not have been more welcoming. Sara immediately engaged with our grand children who “helped” her with the farm animals. They were enthralled with the animals which they were allowed to feed each morning as well as picking fresh eggs from the hens. The wonderful sounds of goats and sheep welcomed us each morning to our farm fresh breakfast with fresh baked items. Mornings and evenings were spent chatting with either Hugh and/or Sara who each relayed interesting tales about their lives and interests. The two of them went far out of their way for us, even securing flowers and baking a Victoria Sponge for us to take to our elderly friend in the London area we were to visit. Staying on Withy Farm is a TRULY unique experience for anyone.

Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of lovely history, and the location was excellent. Just far enough out of town to be comfortable and not have to worry about parking.
