It was lovely to have space and use of kitchen - we had been on the go and were looking for somewhere to relax and recharge. This property meet all our needs. Stuart was friendly and his dog Ole was fun to be with. There were plenty of food choices in the village and nice walks. Stuart helped us out with some washing which we were very grateful for.

Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty choice. The prices of food and drink are very reasonable for a hotel which is refreshing to see. We had a family room this time and it had plenty room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

The staff could not have been more helpful, or friendlier. Nothing was too much trouble, and all were efficient and kind. A real family hotel feel in a very well modernised setting. Not luxurious, but comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The menu is very good for a small kitchen, the food freshly prepared and well-cooked, service excellent. Being so close to the famous links, the aptly named 19th Hole would be ideal for a golfing holiday, yet is still a happy place as a base for exploring the region.
