The set up was exactly as described, an ingenious way to combine living and sleeping in one room. Comfy beds, plenty of plugs for charging devices. Free Wifi, a TV, hospitality tray, a hairdryer - it had everything I needed. A short walk to the pub, and to the village shop and coffee shop to get supplies for breakfast.

We booked the family suite for a second time. Mum is 80 and has Alzheimer’s she is suffering from memory loss. Familiarity is important and Mum’s face lit up like a child on Christmas when we walked in and she recognized the room. It is such a wonderful place to stay. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and cannot do enough to make your stay special. Love it here, almost feels like home. Thoroughly recommend it

The staff is super friendly and welcoming from checked-in, dinner and breakfast. Food is excellent and you don't have to go far to look for your meals. Room is big and comfortable for a big family of 5. Kids love the bunk beds and the bathroom is big and all the facilities are well maintained. You can hike up to Conic Hill for the magnificent view of Lock Lomond and come back in time for breakfast.
