Location, central but very quiet. Comfortable beds. Surprisingly spacious. 11 o'clock checkout time. Owner sorted problem re cleaner within minutes despite not being in the Channel Islands himself and quickly compensated us for inconvenience. We expected it to be 'simple' so most things were fine.
