The hotel is lovely. We arrived late and exhausted. Adam, at reception, was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, organised a taxi for the next day, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful, well equipped for comfort and relaxation. I especially loved the chance to take a hot bath. The grounds were also beautiful.

Suited us very well for a family event at a nearby nursing home. Large, comfortable, house and the hosts went to a lot of trouble to accommodate a disabled guest for us.

Room was as described, a small twin. This suited us just fine. The pub manager was very friendly and helpful - although the kitchen had closed he suggested that we could eat out or bring a takeaway back to the pub and he'd provide plates and cutlery, perfect for my son and I!

Great outdoor space at the rear of the pub - dinner & breakfast were delicious - comfortable room. We’ll definitely return with the kids for lunch one day soon! Convenience shop across the road - great for picking up some extra bits we forgot. Friendly atmosphere in the pub & the lady who welcomed us was very polite.
