Great value B&B with full breakfast included in price. Room was big and very comfortable, seemed to be newly decorated and was fresh and modern. Parking is easy with meter parking to rear of property, its free from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. and £1 per hour thereafter with maximum £6. We used RingGo app to pay at 8am which saved having to get out of bed to feed the meter !!!

Location was great, easy walk to town, property was nicely furnished, on street parking was good ( I’d been worried about that) but we never struggled to get a space. We had a query with the heating system and Dave was straight on it sending someone round the same day.

Great place to stay when in Yorkshire Dales. Communication with host is very easy and fast. Place it beautiful - there is a lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed, kitchen is fully equipped, place is rather spacious. There are a lot of books in the studio, so a great place for book lovers :) I also received very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, so there was no problem with finding it. Definitely recommend! The location is also great - I was hiking in Yorkshire Dales and Ilkley is situated perfectly!
