The house is comfortable and homely and very clean. The whole experience was very easy and had good contact from owner. I will be returning soon and I have recommended Humber House to family members. Perfect stay 👌 Facilities in house were great including large tv, washer, dryer (if needed) looked like house has been newly renovated and is of a high standard. I'm looking forward to staying again

The cottage is beautifully renovated and equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and living area. Everything had been carefully planned and even the child’s and adults book selection were good. Lovely lighting and comfortable quality furnishings downstairs. The bathroom, shower, and towels were gorgeous!

The Horse & Groom felt like a proper village pub. There were lots of locals in drinking who were all friendly which gave the pub a really nice atmosphere and the staff were exceptional. Really fun and relaxed. The food was excellent - we're not talking gourmet but the menu was interesting with both traditional and more contemporary options (I had the buttermilk marinated fried chicken with incredible crispy potato wedges - lush. My brother had the steak pie which he thought excellent also)

Horse and Groom is a lovely village pub/ hotel. The room was spacious and lovely (room 4). The food was amazing. I had the buttermilk chicken and jacket, hubby had the steak and kidney pie, both were delicious, obviously homemade and not mass produced. There was a lovely lady who let us in and did our morning coffee, sorry forgot to get your name and didn't see you to say goodbye, but thank you for being so warm and friendly.
