Breakfast was lovely, waitress who served us was very helpful. I cannot sleep with a duvet and brought my own blankets, unfortunatley I had forgotten a bed sheet, the lady on reception happily and immediately fetched one for me. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

I do a lot of reviews as I travel a lot .I have messaged the owner about a problem we had on our one night away but they have failed to get back to me .This place is stunning Iand I have booked to go back but my last experience was not too good .not really the owners fault but we should have been contacted the day before ad the site new there was a scheduled power cut on the day we arrived and we was not aware. I would have been happy to get a refund and book elsewhere as my friend and I was only away for the night .The campsite said on check in that the electric should be back on for 4 but it was ,7 o clock so ee missed out on the full hot tub experience. We had to wait then for the hot tub to warm up which was late evening .The place is stunning though and I have already rebooked to show my hubby .Just upset we could not enjoy what it had to offer last time .

Amazing little cabin, so clean and spacious for 2. Couldn't have asked for better hosts, we didn't want to go home! They had even gone so far to bake some lovely scones and leave some indoors for us.

Breakfasts - brilliant
Car parking facilities much apprciated
Good position and access to centre.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The bungalow made us feel at home, it was a very romantic setting. The breakfast options were amazing! We loved sitting on the decking by the pond, and the walk by the horses. We were given a number to text whenever we needed anything and we were welcomed to knock on with any questions. It felt very much like home as the bungalow and café is run by such a big family. We will definitely be staying again.
Having tea bags and a cake to welcome us, as well as milk in the fridge , was a really lovely touch. Thank you. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while at the 'chapel'. Having a drawerful of instructions was brilliant as the hob beat me for a while! The children loved the 'up-side down house', as they called it. Would thoroughly recommend this property and hope we can stay here again.
Good food & beer.
Very friendly staff.
Made a mistake with my booking - only said one person travelling, I should have said two. It was not a problem to adjust for the extra person, but as we were leaving very early they were unable to provide breakfast, so refunded the extra charge for the second person. Much appreciated.
Lovely friendly staff and freshly decorated room. Incredibly cosy and toasty room. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and to make sure our baby was catered for.
