Large house in a peaceful neighbourhood, very comfortable for a family with 3 adults, two kids and a dog, lovely enclosed garden and a stunning river walk on the doorstep. Dunkeld is a short walk away, the bonus with a Birnam address is parking which can be hard in Dunkeld itself.
Loved the staff, Denise the chef was really good and also the bar woman.
The pool was warm and included in your stay
The lodge we stayed in was so close to the wee park.
They had karaoke snd also a Mexican themed night whilst we were there.
A fun place to be
The location was so quiet yet close to all the local amenities. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 4. Great walks in Birnam and Dunkeld, close to Perth and lots of options for eating out nearby.
It’s location was perfect, close to lots of walks and very quiet. Property was very comfortable and spacious for a family. Lots of games, videos and books provided. The welcome basket was a lovely thoughtful touch.
The house was in a perfect location, within easy walking distance to local shops and beautiful countryside. Extremely pet friendly. It was great for a family group of 6 with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely love to stay again and explore more of the local area because there was so much to do!
House was spacious, spotless and very well equipped. Effort and care taken over the welcome basket, Childrens toys and the beds, towels and treats for the dog. Owner was professional, easy to contact and helpful.
