Spacious, modern, immaculate, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful location, great communications. Our stay here was a highlight of our 3-week trip to Scotland. We loved the easy walks to beautiful, historic locations. There is a small grocery just outside the door and ample on-street parking. Everything! Very cosy place, and very clean. We hadn't realised there was a PS3 with come games provided so that was a nice surprise! The location is great, it's only about 8 minutes walk from the station and it's only about 15 minutes to walk into the center of Dunkeld. There are lots of long walks you can go on straight from the place which is great. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was an amazing very private property. Very convenient to the town of Dunkeld also, which has several good eateries, shops and we adored the cute little Beatrix Potter Garden. The staff, Lynn, that met us at the reception was very helpful and even followed up with us to make sure we were doing well before closing the office for the day. The surrounding countryside was absolutely gorgeous and there was a nice walking trail starting near the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and will return if I am in the area again!
