A very pleasant and informative welcome, room was small but cozy, and very warm, at times a bit too warm, but there was snow up on the hills, having a drying room was a godsend due to the torrential rain when we arrived, and with the room being so small not having room taken up with wet coats helped. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes and was nice an hot which made a change from other hotels. Location was perfect as was within easy walking of all facilities and Aviemore was a great place to stay anyway.

I picked the hotel for the swimming pool and soft play.
Good opening times so can use it late afternoon once sun is gone, during winter.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Nice place for relaks for family the are friendly to pets (dogs). Staff was politeness and there are a lot of things to do with children playground soft play and small casino for kids. We was very happy stay there we definitely back to this hotel. Highly recommended 😊
Great location for exploring the surrounding areas/attractions. Extremely family friendly with the playground around the back and dinosaurs outside . The funhouse was great fun for the kids when it was open. Most of the Staff were nice and helpful.
Great family location. In prime location just as you come into aviemore. There is a giant kids soft play area with a cafe which is excellent for small children. indoor swimming with small children paddle area. There is an outdoor park area with slides and swings etc. They have ice skating on-site as well!
Hotel was clean, team were family friendly, restaurant food was good with good variety and really helpful and accommodating team.
The facilities dated but suited the purpose of our trip. Swimming pool was clean, team were brilliant and friendly. The grounds were good, play park was good fun and the kids loved the dinosaurs as yoj come in.
We had a great time, food and service was great the room was dated but we are taking about coming back later in the year.
good hotel facilities needs a bit of effort eg games need to be working properly lots out of order some prizes sweets in 2p games make it more fun
entertainment restricted to some nights adult only in a family hotel was not good when all kids play zone closed at 6
restaurant is frozen food not cooked or presentable and not good to eat
Loved our room. 2 rooms in 1. Which was great for a snoring toddler in the travel cot. Very clean and finally somewhere that does family AFFORDABLE accommodation. We went for a swim in the morning and staff were wonderful, lovely pool too. Dinner was a buffet style and it was amazing, great for kids and was very tasty for the adults too. Again, couldn't fault staff.
