Food was amazing in the evening and for breakfast and staff were very helpful with any requests i couldn't fault it.
Room was clean and presented well with everything you would expect for this type of accommodation, plenty of towels, and once heating was on it was nice and warm.
Perfect location for an overnight or two while touring, would certainly consider this hotel again.
Plenty of car parking too.

Excellent breakfast.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The place was lovely! Very clean and fresh and very homey, we came with our 2 young children, I hadn't thought to ask for a travel cot- the host saw we had a 1 year old on our booking so reached out to me to ask if I would like to use their travel cot! We arrived to a cot WITH bedding, blankets for both kids, a high chair, toys, books and even bath toys for them to use. Absolutely phenomenal, we travel often with the kids and I have never found anywhere as accommodating to children as here 10/10
We enjoyed our stay in Carse View Cottage. A lovely and cosy house, with nice decoration, comfortable and clean. It includes all the modern amenities that a family needs.
Location was good as I was visiting family, cottage was very clean with everything that I needed welcome basket was great, bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and local hotel served great food
Hi , I can’t fault this little family run hotel. Nothing was to much and everyone was so friendly. I have been using various hotels around the same area but nothing matches the coziness and welcome I felt from this place . I’ve been working in that area for 20 years and I’ve now found a hidden Gem .
Breakfast was excellent.
Very friendly and lovely atmosphere throughout the place. The room was very nice, comfortable and big enough to lay out the suitcases. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food and service there as well. All of it at affordable prices. I can recommend a stay here without reserve.
Lisa and Grant were very accomodating and even offered us breakfast when we arrived early on our first day. The food for dinner and breakfast was amazing!! Lisa and Grant are extremely friendly & welcoming and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Hopefully be back again next year.
The service and kindness shown to my family was superb. This was originally intended for my wife and I but due to circumstances my 8 years old daughter joined us as a late addition! Everything perfect, including a complimentary breakfast for my daughter. Thank you for a perfect stay!
