Squirrel Barn is a fun and eccentric place which genuinely caters to the whole family (and more!). It is a beautiful old building filled with anything and everything you could think of, with wonderful little touches and a really warm feeling. We were in the area to visit Alton Towers and to be honest we had just as much fun at Squirrel Barn! The owners are fantastic - friendly, accommodating and excellent at contact. It was very cute and above a coffee house, the breakfast was beautiful and the staff were amazing, they definitely go the extra mile and treat you like family.
Loved loved loved this property, such a friendly welcome on the Friday night even though we landed late. Such a beautiful cottage, immaculately clean, with everything we needed in there. Fantastic location in a very quiet village. No noise at night and very peaceful during the day. Very close to Waterworld in Stoke and Alton Towers which is where we visited. Kids loved their stay too!
