Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Nicholas was a wonderful host and explained everything to us thoroughly even though there was a language barrier we made it work with the help of google translate. Nicholas made it clear to us that the water in the hot tub was changed with every new guest which I thing is above and beyond. The whole apartment was absolutely spotless. We loved it so much we didn't even go out for dinner and we ended up getting a pizza delivered from one of Nicholas' recommended restaurants which we also had a discount for staying at Ospaloft.
Nicholas was also kind enough to let us check in a little early which was wonderful as we'd been driving all day and we were keen to have a relax. We will definitely return if we are ever in Arras again. I cannot recommend enough.

Everything was perfect. So much thought has been put into this beautiful and charming apartment. We had a wonderful welcome by the family and shown around. To have welcome drinks in the fridge was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated and the Nespreso coffee was very welcomed too! A great deal of attention to detail has been given to what is available for you to use at the apartment. We would recommend anyone to stay here without hesitation.
