The owners really made our stay. They were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It was centrally located, spotlessly clean and we really couldn’t fault anything.

Wow !!! What a little ‘Gem’ !! The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished with tasteful ‘chic’ French furniture. There was absolutely everything supplied that we required, plenty of towels, bedding, cooking utensils and milk and buns for the morning. The beds were extremely comfy, the rocking chair in the lounge was also fabulous!! All the windows were ‘shutters’ so when open created a super breeze throughout the apartment. We spent a lot of time in the garden which overlooks the beautiful village of Triegnac, table and chairs with parasol provided. The front door is on the road (as almost all houses in Triegnac are) there is a designated pedestrian walkway of about a meter the entire length of the road and the garden is accessed through the garage area. Kate was just so lovely, we messaged her the day before arriving to ask if our daughter could also join us and this was no problem at all, making up the extra room and providing extra towels and linen. We will not hesitate to book this apartment again as its location to the village is fantastic, the views are wonderful and the host is an absolute darling !! Thank you Kate and hope to see you again soon

Chambres d’hotes super in the middle of the beautiful French countryside near a small lake where you can bath. Very comfortable beds and warm atmosphere. Light dinner really tasty especially the dessert! Take it so you do not have to drive looking for restaurants that are often close on Sunday or the kitchen closes at 21.. The place was lovely and they couldn’t have been more helpful, room was bright and airy and the communal area warm with a wood burner in the evening. Breakfast was perfect bread, with lots of meats and cheese. Cereal and yogurt as well but only had the yogurt, coffee machine so it was on tap and you could drink as much as you liked. They even had a fridge with beer in and you wrote down what you had.
