The property is a charming little farm with a variety of farm animals on the outskirts of Bayeaux. The room we stayed in was separated from the main house and looked exactly as represented in the pictures. We were about a 7 min drive from downtown Bayeaux and a 30 minute drive from the majority of WWII sites. For us the location was perfect. Jean-Pierre was great, very accommodating, friendly, helpful. Nice bed. Nice sitting area outside with table for breakfast. I was able to park right outside the garage door, which you have to pass through to get to the room. Good location, pretty quiet just north of Bayeux. Space is tight, but host has a lot of things you need for tea/coffee, small fridge, microwave, cups, flatwear, dishes. Nice armoire to hang clothes.

Notified the Villa on our arrival in Ouisterham, they messaged back with what time they would be there. All went well. Keys were handed over and a brief tour carried out. Rubbish disposal was explained (recycling) and we were shown the surround sound and projector screen.
