the location was beautiful! The owners were so warm and friendly even with a bit of a language barrier. They showed us and our children around and introduced us to their animals, all of whom seem very well loved and cared for. They even ordered our dinner for us! The cabin was cosy, clean and smart and we all slept very well. We were offered breakfast for a very reasonable supplement and it was charming: pastries, bread, juice and coffee delivered in a wicker hamper. The shower was unexpectedly fantastic (given the type of accommodation) with lots of hot water. Our children (18 mths and 3 years) were enchanted by the whole experience.

The property is very nice and it is very quiet in the countryside.
The accommodation is very clean and everything is in good order .The mattress and the air conditioner are top notch, which seems anecdotal but Very enjoyable during the summer nights.

Karine and Pierre are excellent hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. She is an excellent cook and made dinner for us twice during our stay. We had a beautiful room with a lovely walk in shower and small kitchenette which was well equipped with plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc. We were entertained in their home and made to feel so welcome. Beautiful quiet rural location but within easy driving distance of St Maximin and other historic towns.
Our hosts were very welcoming, and very patient with our stumbling attempts to converse in French. They were so helpful, and we were able to learn more about the surrounding area and people.
The room was very clean and had all that we needed. The air con was particularly welcome as we visited in the hot August weather to attend a friends wedding nearby.
The breakfast was a delicious surprise each day as we were presented with different, freshly baked, treats and a variety of homemade confitures.

The house is big and had plenty of room for 11 people with three good bedrooms and sleeping loft for the kids as well as sofa down stairs. The garden and the swimming pool were a great place for games and dining. we got lots of towels and the house is very well equipped.
The property is very nice and calm. It’s just beside a beautiful forest. The rooms are very charming and they have everything necessary to feel perfect. The owners are so friendly and hospitable. They made a delicious dinner for my wife’s birthday. We had fun with our friends and we really relaxed. The breakfast is perfect too with fresh juice and fruits and of course croissants.
