We booked here because we had already stayed at the Domaine De Barive a month before and wanted to try this place. However, as soon as we booked we were called and told we would stay at the Domaine instead. I think that they use this place as a sort of overflow. At the Domaine we were given a much nicer room than the previous time. On Booking a night at each place that night cost the same except at the Priuré breakfast was included, so we stayed in the Domaine with breakfast and were very happy. It is a very nice place. By the way the prices at these two places vary a lot depending on the night in question.

Sainte Croix is out of the way of everything but La Besace was a jewel of a place. Aga, our hostess couldn't be more friendly and made you feel welcome. Dinner was available on site which was good French home cooking and provided the opportunity to meet other guests. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice building on the side of a small village. Easy parking, extremely comfortable rooms and a superb and extremely friendly host.

DdB has become a regular fixture on our trip to our house in the French Alps. It has great service with exquisite food in a funky classic setting. Great pool/spa within a stunning rural setting.
Beautiful rooms and brilliantly dog friendly. The kids enjoyed a very nice swim and the waiters were very accommodating of their different culinary tastes! We did enjoy a gourmet French experience with wine and local champagne 😋 and the theatre of exceptional service.

Glamorous hotel in the countryside. The rooms were luxurious with plenty of space and private patio. The rooms have a convenient arrangement if travelling as a family as they are side by side with an
external door. The pool and hot tub areas are great and a convenient bag of towels and flip flops is awaiting in the bedrooms . The restaurant was serving a snack menu on the night we stayed, as the
full restaurant was closed. The food was great but the portions were huge! Breakfast was good too.
