What an amazing and interesting place to stay. We loved the experience of staying in a centuries-old listed building and discovering aspects of it's history and architecture. Having a great breakfast in a dining room steeped in history was memorable. Secondly, Paul and Melissa were fantastic hosts and it was wonderful to get to know them.
