Rooms were newly re-furbished and spacious, with a good view of the hills and local area. We had breakfast and evening meal which was home cooked and inlcuded some regional dishes. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and quite safe, close to the town and Intermarche if needed. Also 10 mins drive to the railway station for trips to nearby towns e.g. St Etienne or Lyon if you prefer the shops and sights.

Facilities are “home” like, and after a long day driving under the sun, that swimming pool is just what the doctor ordered. The place is so convenient and welcoming. Ghislaine and Philippe are there, should you need them for help or advice on where to go to and visit around “Les gorges de la Loire”. I knew nothing about those, quite a marvellous find!
