It was a convenient and quiet location for an overnight stop on a long journey. The house was clean and nicely furnished. The surrounding countryside was peaceful and the lake was nearby.

Charming family run hotel with friendly and welcoming hosts. The Hotel is on the cycle route from the northern Brittany ferry ports via Redon and the Loire BAC to the Atlantic coast and the 'Velodyssee' cycle route (EV1). There is a garage to store bicycles securely overnight. Le Pellerin is a small town alongside the Loire with all facilities including a supermarket. Outside the Hotel you can sit beside the river with a cool drink and this must be idyllic in the summer. The Hotel's restaurant offers superb food at reasonable prices and is open most evenings, and lunchtimes. The Hotel offers perfect stopover for long distance cyclists and visitors to the area at a reasonable price.

Everything was perfect!! The hosts were super freindly, very informative and charming, even with our limited French:-).The buildings and settings were fantastic, very picturesque, and the rooms were perfect for us a family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters.
The breakfast was outstanding, with wonderful homemade products, from super fruit salads, mini galettes , homemade gateaux...complete luxury in the morning delivered to your room with charming smiles!
We will definetely try and return when we visit our eldest daughter who lives in the area.
wonderful clean place. two rooms were at our disposal. but there was also a library where we could spend time. the hosts are a very nice friendly couple. the breakfast was quite big and very delicious. a lot of bread options (croissants, toasts ets), a big jam selection, homemade crepes, homemade cake, homemade yoghurt and rice dessert.
the garden has some kids toys (swing and tractor) and a cute treehouse, that our kids couldn’t get enough of.
