our host was lovely and spends most of his time tending his imaculate gardens .a few steps from the apartment is the river a suitable seat there to enjoy a bottle of st emillion [5 km away ]we spent hours watching the river and its wildlife
the view from the bedroom looked over vineyards and its cave .the host was so helpfull free cycles and canoes though the river was very fast during our stay

Beautiful chateau on the banks of the Dordogne with amazing view and grounds. Fabulous decor and furnishings in the communal areas and bedrooms. Delightful 2 room suite with splendid bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Did not use the pool, but it looked great. Host was very friendly and helpful with a great dinner recommendation for dinner nearby at Caffè Cuisine

The surroundings along the river Dordogne, the warm attitude of the hosteses (we had a stay for 4 days/nights) ,the indoor and outdoor facilities in generel, the BF, which was superb and different every day.

The owners were super accommodating- they collected/dropped us to the station and lent us bikes. The garden was lovely to have breakfast in too.
