Tastefully decorated, lots of lovely craft features, Sophie was very welcoming and friendly. Nice touches such as coffee available. Very family friendly but would be great for a couple too. Getting into the centre of Arras very straightforward.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Nicholas was a wonderful host and explained everything to us thoroughly even though there was a language barrier we made it work with the help of google translate. Nicholas made it clear to us that the water in the hot tub was changed with every new guest which I thing is above and beyond. The whole apartment was absolutely spotless. We loved it so much we didn't even go out for dinner and we ended up getting a pizza delivered from one of Nicholas' recommended restaurants which we also had a discount for staying at Ospaloft.
Nicholas was also kind enough to let us check in a little early which was wonderful as we'd been driving all day and we were keen to have a relax. We will definitely return if we are ever in Arras again. I cannot recommend enough.

Breakfast was very nice breads, Cereal, croissants, juice, yoghurt. Hot chocolate for the kids and coffee for the adults. Would definitely like to visit again and explore the village. Highly recommended.
We stayed in this dream house with the family for 10 days to explore the beautiful city of Arras and the region. If booking.com had a rating category above exceptional, it would be appropriate here. Everything was perfect: the super nice hosts Jacques and Danièle, the entire property, the high-end furnishings, the location, everything was top notch.
You can walk along a romantic canal to the city center in about 25 minutes, or in a few minutes by car or bus.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Very basic hotel, no kettle or tea making facilities but was only a one night stay so was fine.
Kids loved the bunk bed and the breakfast was amazing.
The apartment was suuuuper nice. Especially with 2 small kids we had plenty of space and could really relax in the house. Everything is super clean and the beds slept really good. Thank you, much better then a hotel !
Not a lot of options for breakfast, staff were not helpful, they could not even provide an iron. Cigarette smells throughout the hotel. I don't think this place is ideal for young children and definitely not suitable to stay for morethan a night. Unless you are a lone and just want somewhere to sleep and go about your business the next day.
Great location a short way to the centre of town. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and good value. We stayed in a family room, two adults and two kids. Small space but we’ll though out and as expected for the price.
