The property was easy to find and provided very convenient off road parking right outside the door. The local area was very quiet and picturesque. The location was ideal for visiting not only the D Day sites but also the beautiful town of Bayeux and had good road links to the wider area including the city of Caen (which has a direct rail link to Paris). Overall it was an ideal base for anyone wanting to visit the D Day beaches, war memorials, picturesque rural hamlets and the wider area of Normandy.

Catherine was a most friendly, kind, caring host. She was a very interesting lady and was happy to chat with us but also able to give us our privacy. Her house is very quiet and peaceful even though it is situated within two minutes of the centre of Arromanches. Breakfast was amazing, with a beautiful selection of food, including home made crepes.

The breakfast was amazing. Great location not too far from Bayeux. The wonderful family that runs it. Very quiet and bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Fully equipped house and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only downside maybe was the access to the bedrooms from outside the main living area; although this didn’t affect our stay. Being able to park safely inside the enclosure was definitely a plus point. We could leave the car and walk to the beach. They were nice walks for the dogs too right on our door step.
Children loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. This was kept really nice and clean.
Fabulous location for touring the D-day beaches, Bayeux and central Normandy, lovely pool and hot tub, kind, helpful and friendly hosts, safe and secure courtyard for children and vehicles; would recommend to families visiting this area
Very good location, quiet place, spacious house. We spend magnifficent vacation with other family that also fitted in the appartment. I booked a week next year again and it will be pleasure to come again.
