Lovely host and we were met on Arrival. Use of a kitchen was appreciated and we were the only occupants as the other two rooms had not been let. Lovely breakfast was provided and the room was comfortable

Meg & Gilles were wonderful hosts & we loved their warm hospitality, advice & suggestions about the local area & our relaxing chats when we saw them.
The Gite is just perfect, beautiful & well equipped with everything you need for a long or short break.
Plenty of space & roomy.
A tranquil location with front patio area & back garden area with seats, bbq & stunning views over the vinyards, you'll have somewhere to catch the sun morning to evening.
We absolutely LOVED our stay here, we were so relaxed, ate, drank local wine, sat outside & just enjoyed listening to.....nothing but nature, it's fabulous location.
Perfect place to relax in peace yet only 5km from Blaye where there is lots to do, plenty of eateries & shops for those essentials.
Blaye is surrounded by many vinyards you can cycle or drive too.
Blaye also has the ferry port that takes you across the estuary that takes you to the Medoc.
We used this when cyclng to Pauillac/Medoc.
The gite is 50km from Bordeaux & 52km from Saint Emilion.

A delightful B&B in the heart of the vineyards in Soussans. The property overlooks fields of grapes and is in a quiet location. After a long drive from Spain, We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing evening in the property's garden.
The room itself is one of the smaller ones we have stayed in on our trip, but it is just delightful and one of our favourites, with a super comfy bed,TV and tea making facilities. (Unusual but beautiful teacups) Exceptionally clean and tidy. The bathroom has everything you need and a lovely shower.
We enjoyed a Continental breakfast (including the most delicious plum jam) outside on the veranda overlooking the swimming pool...which we could also use if we had wanted too.
The owners were a lovely friendly couple who made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
I wouldn't hesitate to rebook in the future.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
A beautiful, calm setting for this little gem of a chambre d'hôtes tucked away amongst the vineyards. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable with a log burner in the sitting room. Stuart and Nicolas gave us a very warm welcome in their home and were most helpful recommending wine tasting and a restaurant nearby. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family.
Exceptional! Vincent welcomed us and spent time showing us around and giving us a tour of his wine cellars.
The pool was larger than expected and very clean and inviting - the kids loved it.
Our rooms was nice and cool, private and spacious with a mezzanine level for the beds for the children.
