Self contained apartment on the ground floor of the owners property. Very nicely furnished, well equipped and clean and tidy. Owners were very friendly. Breakfast was served in their house and we had a lovely conversation with the owner (good practise of my French as her English was limited). This was the second time I’d stayed here and the setting is absolutely stunning. For someone travelling solo there is so much available within the vicinity such as restaurants, bars, spa, pool etc. The staff are always very professional and friendly and the rooms are gorgeous.

What a super little place! Les Pilotis is a very special stay. Although we could have stayed on an emplacement in our camper we chose one of the lovely chalets with its own little garden. Beautiful warm pool and spa facilities (sauna/hot tub). Our hosts Frank and Martine could not have been more helpful. Quiet pretty countryside but an easy bike ride into Cognac.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house, very close to the town centre. The host was so friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was served outside and was plentiful and fresh. We couldn’t have wished for a better overnight stay in Cognac, will definitely return.

Apart from slight problem with key code - call answered immediately and updated code worked - we were very impressed with the studio accommodation. Everything you could need for a short stay was available and very cleverly arranged to make the most of the space. Bathroom and shower modern and well appointed.
