Very nice and helpful host, we felt welcomed into their home, kitchen and garden. Children loved the chickens and cats. Fazia offered us some of the organic produce she grows in her garden. Thanks to the access to the kitchen, we were able to make our own supper and breakfast.

The lakes in the near woods were great. Even the sights (windmill+museum, playground, table tennis, community center) in the village were great. The house was amazing, a lot of space, comfortable, nice spot outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the contact to the host was very friendly and we got good tips.

Le Prestige des Délices, hotel in Rouilly-Sacey

Le Prestige des Délices is a recently renovated holiday home in Dosches, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect to enjoy a meal in the sun. The house is in a gated driveway which we really appreciate travelling with our bikes for an extra feeling of security. The neighbourhood is quiet with a nice little playground that our 3 year old loved and nice walking. It was also a great location for biking to the nearby lake. We also payed for the breakfast to be included and it was lonely! Everything we needed and perfect if you are only staying a night or two. Emilie, our host was also very nice and responsive.

Very peaceful and really close to the beach. They had badminton nets and football nets in the garden that you could use within the garden. You may need to bring your own rackets though. The beds were comfortable and nice to look out onto the gardens or sit outside. Everything you may need but just a little basic.

The hosts were great and made everything very easy. A communal kitchen with a fridge and kettle was very handy, plus you could use the oven at a small charge (previous users had abused). We ate in one night and the food was great and value for money. A cold beer on arriving was very welcome! Good breakfast. The pool was also well maintained and a bonus.

Nice spacious family room. Offers a lot of activities, has some cute wallabies and chickens to visit, the driving range was fun. It has a nice play park by the restaurant and kids pool. Food was delicious, we had the tomahawk and frites which was enough for the whole family although the salad was more of a garnishing.

This is a great place to stop off if you're driving down through France (this was our second stay here). There's a lot of space if you're traveling with a family and the addition of a pool is great in the summer heat. You're a 10 minute drive from the lake (or a 30 minute run) and there's a decent bar which is now serving snacks during the day -- perfect for feeding hungry children. The room, again, provides a lot of space and is functional and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a nice forestry area and the pool plus jacuzzi are nice benefit after a long day drive as well as with high temperatures outside. The barman is friendly and has a proper selection of wine. Some comment to the wifi to be poor we did not experience (~18MBit upload is quite good) We booked a family room as we are travelling with young children (10 and 6). The room is spacious and the children seized the 2nd floor bed at the mezzanine.

Family bedroom was excellent and very clean, with a mezzanine level which we put the kids in. I think a lot of the reviews on here were out on before the renovations were made, so take them with a pinch of salt. Good pool, and space for sun loungers in the garden. We enjoyed the pool table and pétanque pitch. Close to the lake where you can do water sports and a large inflatable course on the water. Had a lovely meal in Les Voiles nearby (best to book)

Very dissapointing stay. Having stayed here several times before as it is a great stop off location and briliant for with children. After a very long journey they refused to serve us any kind of drink at the bar unless we had booked a table for dinner. As we arrived late we had already eaten. The staff were inflexible and considering the restaurant and bar were empty and staff were sitting chatting at the desk, refused even a soft drink for the kids. Lights in the bedroom were flickering and faulty. Sadly not sure we will be returning.

Lovely quiet, location. Great facilities for couples and families. A play ground near outside seating area and a covered pool all close by was great. Also loved having a separate floor in family room. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady at reception who checked us in and a male staff member in bar/dinning who made sure I wasn’t glutened. Thank you! Everything was quality at a good price, including breakfast. Definitely recommend and would come back.

The hotel was what we expected for the price. The decor in the bar and restaurant is modern and comfortable. Our room was great for a family of 5, which can be very hard to find, so this was excellent for us. This was our stop-ever enroute elsewhere, and the pool was simple, but great for the kids to be able to get rid of some energy after a long journey. We were told at check-in we could pick towels up from reception for swimming, which is very handy.
