This manoir is absolutely fantastic, in every way. The location is perfect, very close to the river Loire (for cycling or hiking), but is also a good start for many different day trips to visit Loire castles, wineries and lovely medieval towns (particularly when there's a market). The owner of the b&b is a great host, who brings the term hospitality to another level. In the morning a rich breakfast is served, with many ingredients from the own garden. In the evening there's the option to dine (4-course meal). And since there are so many beautiful and shady places in the garden, there are plenty of options to create an intimate setting or a larger group setting if so desired. The house is charming, and decorated reflecting the character of the owners. Nothing standard but rather tastefully done, all contributing to a relaxed and comfortable stay. And last but not least, the garden is an absolute gem. The pictures on the website will give you an idea, but in reality it is much more intense. During our 7 days stay we discovered new perspectives and items every day! Highly recommended
