The owners were so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, offering a delicious breakfast including fruit picked from the garden. Everything in the room was also spotlessly clean and much care has been given to the guests comfort. This is a family who have been hosting guests for generations so understand and accommodate thoughtfully. It’s also located only a few minutes from the motorway which is great for a long drive stop-over. And there’s a lovely Abbey and canal nearby for walks and sightseeing.

What a wonderful little place to stay! The owner is so nice and fun and the room was lovely and cosy at the end of December. Excellent breakfast and 1h 30 mins to Calais. This has gone on my favourites list for future trips. Thank you.
