i arrived at the hotel with a problem. i left orly airport with someone else's suitcase which looked like mine, the receptionist was very helpful, providing me with toilitries and a mobile charger. the receptionist the next day was also super helpful. dinner on the first night was superb. i thought the decor of everything in the hotel was very tasteful

The room was large, modern, clean, and the AC worked great. The staff were helpful and the guy at the front desk was efficient and had a great sense of humor. Everyone spoke great English. A bakery and grocery are right next door. The restaurant served a good crème brûlée.
