Martine our host was very welcoming & informative; beautiful home, we stayed in a lovely upper part of the house. Very spacious, warmly decorated & plenty of room for the four of us ( 2 adults, 2 children).

In the house we found a big living room and a well equipped kitchen.
All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are nice and great to use.
Location is on a bit of a busy street, but nothing annoying when inside. The upside of this location is the proximity to the shopping center and a lot of places to eat. The ride into Reims is very easy with an uber, or by car.

My review is based on this being a hotel at the lower end of the market and not a 5 star hotel. The hotel doesn't look much from outside but inside it has been refurbished and everything was bright and new. I would not recommend the location if you don't have transport or want to be close to town, but for me it was perfect. I needed somewhere for an overnight stay en route to Switzerland from the UK and this location close to the motorway with free parking was ideal. The room was basic but was fine for an overnight stay. It was very clean and comfortable and showed no signs of wear. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was quite a bit better than I had imagined and I would certainly stay there again if my travels take me that way.

The apartment is modern, spacious & comfortable & so close to Pommery you can see it from the balcony! With only a 10 minute walk to Verve it was the perfect location for doing what we went to Reims to do! Our host was very accomodating allowing us to stow our luggage while she was still busy preparing for our stay. We had a lovely time & would definitely stay again.

Sophie the owner is very helpful and friendly, delicious breakfast in the shared room or garden, outdoors tables are great have dinner or just relax looking at the beautiful landscape.
It was the perfect stop on the way from the UK to Europe and we'll stop again on the way back.

The location is excellent for anyone travelling to the Alps. La Bertonnerie is just 5 minutes off the motorway and much nicer than the roadside B&B's. The breakfast choice is good and it's a sociable occasion with everyone using a big family table. Sophie and her husband are lovely. We were made to feel very welcome in their home. We arrived very late and they made our arrival very easy.

Lovely house quite convenient for our route on returning from Switzerland to England. We stayed in one of the annexes to the main house. It is comfortable and functional for overnight or short stays. Not sure if the main house can be used for relaxation in the evenings. The beds are very comfortable. The champagne which Sophie sells is delicious!
That is really an impressive place. The lady of the house is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked very nice. Since I don’t eat anything in the morning, I couldn’t try. The guests all eat at the same large table. What makes it more like a big home for a big family. The room was very clean and renovated without destroying the old flair. Impressive.
Lovely, family-run bed and breakfast. The rooms and facilities were excellent, the location was perfect for us and the breakfast was lovely. They kindly accommodated our coeliac in the group without any fuss.
